Great cook James, got my mouthwatering. Gyros is one of my favourites to cook. Have you tried fresh Garlic and Dried Mint in your Tszatsiki it's next level

Have never tried mint in it but I've added Garlic and Dill before. Must try a little mint next time 👍 thanks for the suggestion mate

Looks awesome James. Just checked your website for the flatbread recipe, would self raising flour work? Its hard to find yeast in the shops right now. Thanks for the great vid.

Honestly, I've never tried it but I'd imagine it will work. You probably won't get the same structure but as it's a flatbread, I can't see why it wouldn't work. If you give it a try, let me know how you get on

Hi Ernesto, I'm struggling to get yeast, this gave me a very similar result. 260g Self Raising Flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup of yogurt Drizzle of oil 100ml milk

you can grab the oil here - amzn.to/3dQhAS5 the rub can be ordered from the smokey carter website here - thesmokeycarter.com/product/greek-gyros-bbq-rub-shaker/ They have released 4 new ltd edition rubs and I can recommend them all - very tasty

Can you use chicken breast or not !!
@Barbechoo4 жыл бұрын
Yea you can use breast, just be sure you check temps and bring it off a little earlier. I take thighs into the 80's but breast would come off at 75c to keep it moist
