Everybody loves wings, especially me and my child Sheza, this is my favourite recipe for Honey chicken wings. Also called honey garlic chicken wings are so good! In fact, it's so yummy that my baby have requested to make this several time for snacks! A beautiful snacks item or dinner meal, Sticky chicken wings with the perfect amount of sweet and saltiness full of Chinese flavours. These Chinese-style chicken wings tasted deliciously like bbq chicken wings and were cooked the fuss-free way with the honey souse.It’s really hard to believe these are diet friendly and low in points/calories!
ছোট্ট শেহজার খাবার মেনুর অনেক পছন্দের একটা খাবার হানী চিকেন উইংস, যা আমার বাসায় বারে বারেই করা লাগে তার আবদারে। সেই সাথে আমার পরিবারের সকলেরও খুব পছন্দের এই হানি চিকেন উইংস। এটা খেতে এতটাই মজা যে বাচ্চা থেকে বড়রাও খাবে চেটে-পুটে। স্নাক্স আইটেম কিংবা ডিনারে পারফেক্ট হবে এই চাইনিজ ক্রিস্পি হানি চিকেন উইংস।
উইংস মেরিনেট করতে লাগছে - (Ingredients)
চিকেন উইংস (Chicken wings) - 1 kg
ডিম (Egg) - 1 pcs
লেবুর রস (lemon juce) - 1 Tbs
রসুন বাটা (Garlic paste ) - 1 Tbs
আদা বাটা (Ginger paste) - 1 Tbs
মরিচ গুড়া (Red Chilli powder) - 1 tsp
কালো গোল মরিচ গুড়া (Black paper Powder ) - 1/2 tsp
লবণ (Salt) - 1 tsp
কর্ণফ্লাওয়ার (Cornflour) - 1/2 Cup
ময়দা (Moida/ All perpose flour) - 1/2 Cup
পানি (Water) - 2 Tbs
হানি সস তৈরী করতে লাগছে - (Ingredients)
টমেটো সস (Tomato Souse) - 3/4 Cup
সয়া সস (Soya souse) - 1/4 Cup
মধু (Honey) - 1/2 Cup
চিনি (Sugar) - 1 Tbs
কালো গোল মরিচ গুড়া (Black paper Powder ) - 1/2 tsp
সাদা সিরকা (White vinegar) - 1Tbs
সয়াবিন তেল (Soybean Oil) - 2Tbs
সয়াবিন তেল (Soybean Oil) - to fry
তিল (sesame) - 1 Tbs for decoration
