Recipe: 500 grams chicken 1tsp ginger paste 1tsp garlic paste 1tsp black pepper powder 1tsp salt (as per taste) Mix with chicken Marinate for 30 minutes Half cup all purpose flour Half cup corn flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1tsp chilli powder 1 egg Water as required Mix with chicken Heat oil at 170 degrees celsius Put chicken in oil Fry for 8-10 minutes Leave chicken to rest on a rack for 10 minutes In a separate bowl, add Half cup tomato sauce 1tbsp light soy sauce 1tbsp white vinegar 1 and a half (1 1/2) tbsp kashmiri chilli powder 1tbsp sugar 1tbsp honey 3tbsp water Mix Heat oil at 180-185 degrees celsius Put chicken in oil again and fry for another 3-4 minutes (or until crispy) In another pan, add 2tbsp cooking oil 2tbsp chopped garlic Stir Add sauce mixture from earlier Mix together Pour chicken in sauce and mix till chicken is coated Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on chicken Done!
