I've been a silk screen printer since I was a teenager. Worked at a big shop. The biggest issue I see with your printing is your screen doesn't have "off contact" with the shirt when you print.

i gots 5 years in screen printing signs for supermarkets ..die cutting print finishing ..best advice tight screens --tape- learn to make it all in one screen just mask out the color seperations when needed -uv in wont dry in the screen ..and best advice -dont nick the rubber for the squeegee ..look for a ONE-ARM w/vac tabel or a manual multi up printer ..its not cheap ..reclaiming screens ..coating them ...and making the films needed to burn them ..find a drying rack ...you will never recoop yer invest ment ..lol..my first screen print job 1987 downtown st.louis ..i was the asistant to the printer operator ..my reefer dealer at the time ..we coated fx ink to the backs of printed art for iron ons i ran them tru a powder then tossed them on a rack ..i was 17 ..lol..got served at the bar up the street ..took 2 bus rides a day over the mississippi :) hi tiff :) nice back there :)
