They look stunning Babel......can they be made with alternative keema...ie lamb, beef and if so are they cooked for the same length of time? Keep them coming brother

Thank you so much!! Absolutely bro it can be, with lamb/beef I would add some cumin powder and cooking time would be same but just make sure it’s the similar size to the video, if you make them thicker shall I say it will take longer etc. appreciate you bro! 💯

I know a few restaurants who've gone over to beef now due to costs. It's not technically halal because it usually comes from Sainsbury's...

There's halal butcher you can get meat from there

Hopefully the owners do get the halal meat or at least make it clear to all that beef isn’t halal. But yeah prices increase is crazy but it’s great to see supermarkets selling halal meat/poultry and most of the time is cheaper than the halal butchers.

They look delicious, suppose you could always use the oil after you finish to start off your curry extra flavour

Thank you so much and yes absolutely, I cooked another batch straight away, but with mince lamb kebab, so didn’t have much oil left. ⭐️
