You will need:
chicken liver-1.5 kg;
2 large onions;
salt, pepper - to taste;
greenery;
sour cream 20% - 600 ml;
ghee or plain vegetable oil;
How to cook:
wash the liver well, cut off unnecessary parts;
simmer in melted butter for 10-15 minutes under a closed lid;
after 10-15 minutes, salt, pepper and add the onion;
cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes;
add sour cream;
simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
