Tried this today and it was amazing, i got a lot of compliments from my family. They love chinese and have tried quite a lot of places but they said we dont want to go to a restaurant on a regular basis now to have this. Just a recommendation: add 3/4th tbsp of sugar instead of 1 tbsp and it would be perfect with egg fried rice Follow the exact thing
