800 g flour, lukewarm water and salt

-3 small onions
-4-5 cloves of garlic
-salt and pepper
-grease with melted butter
-spread the meat mixture around the edges of the dough
-roll inwards and to the middle of each side,
-cut every 3-4 cm
-the thickest part of the dough can be removed
- brush with butter
- bake at high temperature, watch to avoid burning
-top with a little heavy cream or sour cream with minced garlic
-turn off the oven and return the meat pockets to the oven for an additional 5 minutes
-Serve hot
