I enjoy watching this channel because it reminds me of my 1st real job. Two brothers from Sicily had a reasurant and I worked for them as a teenager. They cooked authentic foods and only used the best ingredients.

Hello Pasquale, I just made this dish tonight for my friends with chicken breast tenderloins. I also made a side of garlic mashed potatoes and a side of roasted brussels sprouts (with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika). I also gave them lemon wedges for the chicken. Everybody loved the chicken.,, and it was all gone so fast! Thanks for the recipe! Salute e cin cin!

Made this today and OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZINGGG!! I don’t really even cook, but looked easy enough for me to try. Did the olive oil and garlic and that alone was one of the best smells ever. The butter was the perfect addition too, I was almost worried about it tasting like schnitzel. Boy was I wrong. 10/10 will do this one again!

Great recipe, I made it many times, but not using flour - will add into my recipe. But -- if I fry 10 pieces of chicken - how do I prevent the second portion to having a dark brown color from all the small pieces of bread burned while frying the first?
