Thanks for making Momos . I’m from Nepal 🇳🇵 living in USA. It’s very popular in my hometown. The only difference is they are smaller almost a bite size so when you eat juices don’t run out . I use readymade gyoza wrappers but it’s not the same. -Nepali tomato sauce is to add roasted sesame seeds and grind the tomato chutney , try it ! You are an awesome cook 👩‍🍳
