Chicken Oats daliya recipe healthy nutritious food chicken shorbha recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup oats200 grams boneless chicken
, diced1 onion finely chopped1
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste2-3 cups water (adjust as needed)
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Pressure Cooking:If using a pressure cooker, close the lid and cook for 2-3 whistles.If using a pot, cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken and vegetables are tender and the oats are cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Stir occasionally.Finishing:Once cooked, let the pressure release naturally if using a pressure cooker.Open the lid, stir well, and check for seasoning. Adjust if necessary.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serving:Serve hot with a side of yogurt or a fresh salad. Enjoy your healthy and delicious chicken oats daliya!
