When he share out the food in the enamel plate I started crying. My great granny was alive until I was 14. She died at 94 and she swore by these enamel dishes. She was from Grenada, but lived in Trinidad and taught me how to cook some dishes. I remember shelling pigeon peas in a big enamel basin. Drinking bush tea an enamel cup. Thank you for this. Tears are bittersweet. I am 43 now and that memory hit me. ❤️

Best words ever "I will wash my rice" I absolutely hate to see people cooking and they don't wash their rice of the impurities. Another reason I rarely will buy food on the outside. Homemade is best, you know what goes in and the cleanliness of it. Nice video. Good job Uncle Clyde.
