Life is so funny eh...as kids we used to be ashamed of living in houses and places like this as it represented us as "poor" And now as adults we miss it. We long for it. The peace and serenity, the chirping of the birds, the greenery outside, the nostalgia of it all. Simple things like the plastic on the table, the enamel wares, that beaded curtain, the makeshift shelves. Persons from far away countries look at places like this and say how beautiful it is...and truth be told, it is.

Uncle Clyde for President. This man just draws you into the nostalgia of old school cooking. All 100% natural not even a maggie soup pack to taint the flavour. If you don't feel better with that soup nothing can make you feel better. And he is so knowledgeable about natural herbs and ingredients.
