I tried this with red wine because I didn't realize till after I started cooking that I didn't have white wine instead -- and it came out amazing! I'm not a capers fan so I opted out for them and used basil and rosemary, again amazing! So I don't know if my end result was considered Chicken Piccata but it still was delicious. Next time I'll try the white wine and add lemon wedges in addition to the lemon juice. Thanks, Laura! As always you cook with gusto and create great dishes.

I made it tonight for my Mom and Dad...just like you, it came out "PERFECT " like you said it would! I watched your video so many times getting every detail right that I feel like you're family! I made an guess at the amount of lemon juice and could see about half cups of wine and broth...came out delicious. Thank you for making it so easy😀.

Hi Laura, I made this recipe yesterday and I must say, we LOVED it. Talk about flavorful...OMG, it doesn't get any better. As a matter of fact, I had some this morning for breakfast with angel hair spaghetti. I couldn't get it out of my mind because it was that good. In addition to everything that's included in this recipe, I also added some mushrooms, which gave it a nice texture and pleasant taste, once it was combined with all the other ingredients. You sure can cook, girl, and, although I love to cook too, I'm always inspired by what you prepare for the viewing masses!! Thanks much for another fabulous recipe.
