Your directions are always so easy to understand and follow. Love the fact your ingredients are prepared already so tired of watching someone chop an onion etc...think we can just about do that not waste five minutes looking at it !! Thank you for your inspiration! Your enthusiasm professionalism and obvious love of what you are so talented at, is a joy to watch. Thank you!!!! X

I cooked this last night - it worked out really well and had loads of flavour (even without powdered milk which I didn’t have, will try again when I do). Thank you for creating these recipes and sharing them.

Hi Latif, I think it's about time I thanked you for all the wonderful and most amazing dishes I've learned to make from you. I've had so much trouble trying to make biryanis and this one pot recipe turned out so well, so delicious. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Also, I've pretty much made and truly appreciate all the lamb /goat recipes (whenever I can find goat), I live in a small City in Canada (Vernon, BC), it's so hard to find goat. Anyway, I've learned so much from you. Thank you so much for sharing.

Chef, please make some veggies recipes as well. I used to work at an Indian restaurant and the Bangladeshi chef used to make great veggies for the buffet. When they made the veggies Indian style, I found it uninteresting but when they made it Bengali style, the whole staff was super excited to eat and the customers as well. Please make some zucchini curry....aloo with green beans(stir fried)....the fish curry with green leaves and other veggies too. I wanna know how they make it. I used to ask the chef at the restaurant but he wouldn't tell me.😅

We grew up on pulao - not biryani. I didn’t have that u til an adult. For many families that’s the norm. My mom made the best pulao! Except we did beef.

Excellent recipe chef! Gotta get the coriander and fennel seeds and get started! Unfortunately I don't get powdered milk (or at least not easily), so any alternatives?

Just milk, I'd assume.

Looks tasty! Just one question: What is it the you're saying as you add the ingredients? It sounds like : "Wish me luck" but I'm sure it's not that so maybe a Hindi word?
