CHICKEN PIROZHKI | Delicious Homemade Fried Buns | Rural Cuisine

Today I have made something else. This food with its yummy curves which are filled with unforgettable flavors is called Chicken Pirozhki with Scallions and Parsley. Cooking it on fire will give it a smoky flavor. Doesn't matter from which part of the world you are watching, try this dish and you'll fall in love with its taste.
🔵Ingredients for Dough:
10 Cups Baking Flour
4 Cups Tepid Water
1 Cup Oil
6 Tablespoons Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Active Dry Yeast
4 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
🔵Ingredients for Chicken Filling:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Kilo of Mushrooms
1 Cup Oil
6 Cloves of Garlic
1 Cup of Chopped Scallions
½ Cup of Chopped Parsley
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Rubbed Oregano
1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

The best Pirozhki I had while I was in Iran, was somewhere around the Hasht-Par area over 50 years ago. My father had an accountant, Mr Sharifi, who was married to a Russian lady and they had land out there. We just called her Lady Sharifi. She used to cook Pirozhki for us every once in a while. I still remember the taste after over 50 years. Mind you, the sweet ones filled with Creme Patossiere which were sold in an outlet in Tehran ( Shrini Naderi, I think ) were out of this world. I have been away from Iran for over 43 years, but I do miss it. More so now that I am on teh wrong side of 60. I just hope the evil is evicted from Iran, so we could all go back to our birthplace. Thank you for refershing old memories.
