Easy, fast chicken quarters on the Weber Kettle charcoal grill. From prep time to dinner time in under 1:30, these chicken quarters are amazing and fast!! Add in some wood chunks for a nice smokey flavor, perfect for a summer cookout. Enjoy.

Good video. I liked that you kept it simple and straightforward. I enjoyed seeing and hearing the kiddos, too.

I really like your quality control. The kids always keep it honest when it comes to food. The skin on the chicken looked crispy. Please let me know if you get a chance. I'm trying to decide if i want a kettle. Thanks again and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

Thank you. I bought this kettle used and honestly I don’t use it as much as I should. If you get a chance to get one I would for sure. It cooks great and there are so many different ways to cook on it. You will love it if you get one. Thanks for watching.

Delicious looking chicken. I’m like you I like to oil my chicken as a seasoning binder. I put Stir Fry Oil in a spritzer bottle I like the flavor plus it helps with the sticking to the grates. Hamburger steaks in a cast iron skillet spritz the warm skillet with stir fry oil flavors the meat plus helps with the sticking plus helps not losing you cast iron seasoning after it is washed! Enjoyed your video! I really liked your “Quality Control Advisor “ about correct temps! 😂

I’m Sorry, but the thermometer is going to put in the other side of charcoal on “cold” zone or i’m wrong ? I think it’s wrong if you leave it directly on the heat source (in this case charcoal) In any case nice job, enjoy you’re BBQ 😊 Bye from italy!

Did you flip them at all during the cooking process?
@jurassicporkbbq
@jurassicporkbbq 10 күн бұрын
No I didn’t. Just put them on and turned the lid every so often to have the smoke going over the meat in different places. Not really sure if that matters at all.

Genuine question, why is American chicken fat yellow? It’s always straight white in Australia.
@jurassicporkbbq
@jurassicporkbbq Ай бұрын
I honestly could not tell you. Probably because the food quality on other countries is held to a higher standard than here in the USA. I have read a lot of how the quality of food is a lot less here, thats really the only thing I can think it could be. But, once its smoked.....I cant tell lol :)
