Feel like watching a Tasty video ! Just a little suggestion, you can grill or bake the chicken with a dash of olive oil instead of shallow frying. After all, salad is supposed to be healthy.

@33kaus holokaust What makes you think that they are Indians? They are from Bangladesh & they live in Canada. & you actually don't need a proper grill arrangement to grill the chicken, you can simply use a nonstick pan, drizzle a little olive oil & cook it :)

No you do it just like he did...season it...put a little oil in the skillet if needed and cook it in the pan.

Put the pan on the stove turn it on medium put a little oil in...pick up the pan using the handle, swirl it around slowly so the oil will spread around in the pan. Put your pan back down over the heat.. Give it probably 30 seconds to get the oil warm... then go ahead and slowly put your chicken in. As far as how long to leave it on one side before you flip it, I would Google it.
