Let me show you how to make delicious, healthy chicken sandwich in two different ways. The first chicken sandwich is spicy and all shades of delicious. The second sandwich recipe is made with Chicken, eggs and Mayonnaise. Though using almost similar ingredients, these 2 delicious and healthy chicken sandwich are very different in taste profile. They are easy and the best chicken sandwich recipes you can make at home. Both Chicken sandwich can be had for breakfast or lunch or any time of the day.

1 Chicken breast
1 Onion
1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
2 Scotch bonnets
Chicken seasoning
Salt
½ -1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Sliced bread
Bread spread
½ tablespoon vegetable oil
1 heaped tablespoon Mayonnaise
Shredded Chicken Sandwich
1 chicken breast
1 tablespoon chopped onions
½ teaspoon black pepper
Seasoning powder
Water
1 heaped tablespoon Mayonnaise
½ tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 boiled eggs
1 tablespoon diced sweet red bell pepper
Chilli powder
Sliced bread
½ tablespoon cooking oil
Bread spread
