Chicken keema 1/2 kg 2 spoons ginger garlic paste 2 spoons chili 2 spoons dhaniya powder 1/2 spoon haldi 1 spoon garam masala 1/2 spoon jeera 1/2 kali miri Salt as per taste 1 spoon chaat masala powder 1 spoon chili flakes 2 medium onions grated remove the juice 1 lemon juice 4-5 green chilies chopped Mint and coriander chopped 2 spoons butter or ghee don’t use oil Mix very well Give it a Smokey flavor with coal and 2-3 drops of oil Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour Make seekh using skewers Fry the seekh from each side Serve with mint, onion, lemon, green chutney
