Chicken Shami Kabab AKA Chicken & Lentil Patties
Just like street style this delicious & mouthwatering Shami Kababs are one of our favorite snacks in the family and I am sure you guys will love it too !!😍
The plus point is that you can save in the freezer up to 2-3 months !
🌟Ingredients
•300g Channa Daal (Lentils)
•1 medium size Onion
•1kg/1000g boneless Chicken / Beef / Mutton (you can also take with bones)
•1 bulb of Garlic
•2 small pieces of Ginger
✨Spices
•4-5 Whole Red chilli
•1tbsp Cumin seeds
•1tsp Black pepper corn
•3 Black Cardamom
•2 inch Cinnamon stick
•2tsp Salt or as your taste
•1/2tsp Turmeric
•1/4tsp Nutmeg
•1tsp Red Chilli powder
•1tbsp Coriander powder
📌(You can adjust the spices as your preference)
•4-5 Green chillies
•4-5cup / 1000ml Water
•1/2cup Green coriander
✨For frying
•2 Eggs
•Oil
Serve with Ketchup or Mint Chutney
