Essentially it’s a Middle Eastern falafels recipe. Delicious. Put them in pita pockets and add Greek style yogurt and very thinly sliced cucumber. Yum!

@@bradleycaffee4253 I don't think so. Now we know they are not that healthy. Even if you consume eggs that don't have life in them they are not that good for health. There are some nutritional value but much more detrimental so it's not worth it. And again it's even more not worthy when the cost is a life. Regarding aspect, consistency or flavor that has more to do with ability to cook. I had to learn to cook vegan, gluten free and antiinflammatory diet and I can assure you although it was not easy to learn to cook with those restrictions together, now those restrictions ended up opening much more options. A carnivore diet is the one limited and wasting so much potential that you discover when going plant based already. I can assure you a good vegan cook can make it better

@@antonietamaria1674A maioria dos ingredientes são temperos, bicarbonato de sódio, fermento, farinhas de trigo e de rosca (que podem ser substituídas), cebola, cebolinha e salsinha, enfim... Vc faz do seu jeito essa parte. O principal é o grão de bico cru triturado e ovos. E acredito que possa assar (principalmente por ir farinha de rosca) ou fazer na Airfryer. Ou fritar só com um fio de óleo numa boa frigideira antiaderente.

No, cooked chickpeas don't hold together, they should be soaked but not cooked. And there's no point in adding egg, flour or breadcrums!

Sofia is 4 hours enough soaking? I would soak them for at least 8 hours or 12 , I have soaked them for 24 hours in the fridge no problem , even 2 days (changing water) but it won't help more than 10 or 12, but don't you think 4 hours is short? thanks

I will be short: in the supermarkets (also in any grocery store because they are very common) they are also known by the name Garbanzos (from Spanish/castellano), just make sure to soak the beans for 12 hours.. have a great day

They are only soaked dried peas. Not cooked but finely ground with binders and spices. They cook as the inside steams in the hot oil. Falafel.

Looks like she is using a standard size european drinking glass. These can have different sizes, but the standard is one glass: 200ml. So 400ml, about 13,5 fl oz dried chickpeas to be soaked overnight.
