I go to a Lebanese grocer where I live. He is very friendly and has all middle eastern food, good prices too.i get my grrk coffee, feta. Vegies, tahini. Fresh pita ,lamb baklava, olives, from kalamata, and more. I want to visit one day Lebanon, better than Paris I think.....

I miss the Shawarma in Dubai since I got home, this is the softest so far hamdulillah.. thanks for the recipe. Now no need to go to Dubai to taste the authentic lebanese shawarma again. I tried fresh milk, is powder milk is good to use to and mix with water?
