How much heavy cream did you use?

Love the recipe, but I notice that you sometimes use metal utensils on your pans. Teflon contains chemicals that will seep into your food if scratched. It is best to use silicon or wooden utensils on Teflon/ non-stick pans. If you are using stainless steel or cast iron pans you can use anything.

I omit the butter when making this from scratch. When I reheat the sauce the butter seems to always separate from the cream so, I just omit the butter. I keep forgetting to add broccoli but, I will add sun dried tomatoes to it.
