Chicken Steam Recipe -Shadiyoon Wala || 45 KG چکن فائل اسٹیم شادیوں والا by Tahir Mehmood

Assalamoalikum guys please note 1kg recipe for home cooking
Chicken . . . . . 1kg
water................1ltr
ginger garlic paste. 1 tbl spn
vinegar. . . . . . 2 tbl spn
wash and rest for 45 to 60 mnt
make spyces for marination after fry chicken
yougert......1cup@200g
red chilli powder....1tbl spn
salt............to taste...?
tumeric. . . . 1 tea spn
chilli garlic sauce. 4 tbl spn
tamarind (emli) water.. 3-4 tbl spn
garam masala powder with nutmeg and mice.....1 tea spn
food color.... as per your choice
Mix all these spices well and marination the fry chicken with the spices And leave on the rest for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, grind one piece of chicken and put one or two plum with it and rape it in a foil paper. If you want, you can also add peas, carrots and potatoes along with plum
Steam all the raped chicken on a low flame for 40 to 45 minutes.

I understand foil is LED they should use another alternate for covering the chicken preventing from breaking. However, in Pakistan, there isn't any alternate material available. Like parchment paper or seam paper bags Besides, that recipe is mouth-watering If they wear gloves that would be great to 😁👏
