I made this last night with chicken thighs and it was amazing!! My husband loved it, went for seconds, and kept complimenting it! I didn't have whole ginger so I used powder. I didn't have coriander either but it turned out so tasty anyway! I also didn't have a stone grinder so I just smashed the garlic and chilli with a cup lol. I will definitely save this. Thank you so much for sharing! :)

I love this recipe I also add curry powder I tend to forget the ghost pepper so I add cayenne powder when I mash up the garlic. My soul loves this!!! It’s so comforting. I love serving it with basmati rice or jasmine rice. Sometimes I would serve a big bowl & eat it with garlic naan bread.

Wow that chicken is perfect it doesn’t have all that stubborn fat and nerves that are hard to clean and remove. This chicken is super clean. I would boil my chicken first, before following the recipes instructions because here in America we have dirty and overly processed chicken
