All of it looks wonderful!! I love the jalapeno cheese trick!! We make a lot of those in Arkansas in the summer on the grill! :) Laura if ya'll have an Asian market there, look for Indonesian sweet soy sauce, we have an Asian couple at church and they turned me on to it! It's YUMMY!

What cheese would you recommend in lieu of goats cheese?

Hi Donna! Feta (made from cow's milk) is a great replacement that I use instead of goat cheese. You could always use mascarpone too, but I find that it's mild flavor isn't as good of a substitute (in my personal opinion). Hope that helps! Thanks for watching!

I'm not judging, the jarred garlic is not "fresh" it's more fresh than garlic, but nothing is fresh like a clove of garlic. I've tried cooking with that type of garlic before and it doesn't taste the same.

Hi Veda! This is still my main page ;-). I just had our 4th baby last year, and we're in the process of opening our 2nd bakery location in about a month. I've just been so busy with everything that KZbin got put on the back burner for a bit. I'm hoping to start filming again early next year!
