I was thknking the same, she dumps the sugarwater out just to add more sugar?? Save the sugarwater to make sweet tea or what ever.

Nutella is made from hazelnut, so there are people that still may not be able to eat it due to their nut allergies

Note -19:08 Nutella is not suitable for anyone with a tree nut allergy. It contains hazelnuts. You could try using Sunbutter as an alternative to the peanut butter, or a nut free chocolate spread.

I love making homemade butter as well, but it really should be washed/rinsed off very well with cold water before storing. That buttermilk goes rancid very quickly.
