Chop Masala= 2 gm
Deggi Mirch Powder= 2 muthi
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Yellow Gravy= 1.5 kg
Tomato Gravy= 3 kg
White Gravy= 600 gm
Coriander Powder= 2 muthi
Cumin Powder= 1 muthi
Garam Masala= 1 muthi
Satl= 1 muthi
Kasuri Methi= 1/2 muthi
Green Cardamom= 1 tbsp

Onion ratio is more in yellow gravy and the powdered spices like turmeric, red chilly. White gravy is mostly cashew nut , watermelon seeds(majag) and some onions. Boiled grinded and phir tadka lagtas he whole masalo me saath 😊
