Tried this recipe and it turned out well. Skipped the double marination, mixed all ingredients at one go and kept it aside. For masala, I did not add birista and greens right away 11:37 This helped in extracting the ‘rogan’ flavoured oil after masala was bhunofied, I used this in layering. Overall, a fantastic recipe and must try!

One tip sanjot birasta ba.nate waqt agar onion cut karne ke baad thoda namak lagalo to onion pani chodega phir pani squeeze karke fry karo jaldi banege with less oil but very yummy. biryani

I’m so happy and satisfied with the outcome of this Biryani. You’ve made it look easy and manageable. Sure there are steps we have to follow and the biryani making has parts to it but boy is this lesser tasty than from a restaurant? Absolutely not It’s equally tasty!! and now in the same price as a single restaurant order I can feed my entire family
