What a terrific pair of chefs, and of entrées!! I would eat this three times a day for the balance of my life! Also, thank you for the comraderie and the relaxed atmosphere! Many times, chefs get nervous, trying for perfection. Add the pressure of cooking in front of, and for, a world renowned chef artist and the overall feel of this episode is so much more “at home”. I would’ve been totally relaxed watching these two and helping as maybe a commie chef. I’m certain the gimlet helped 😂!
