Chicken Wings with Sour Plums & Pineapples🐔🍍Fast. Simple. Finger -Licking Good !👍😋

(菠蘿酸梅雞翼)
材料:
急凍雞中翼2磅
酸梅3粒
菠蘿粒(罐頭) 1 細罐
冰糖幾粒
處理:
1. 雞翼用清水解凍。
2. 解凍後,倒清水分,用粗鹽乸5分鐘,去除雪味、雞腥味及加入鹹味。
3. 清洗乾淨。
4. 用廚紙索乾。
5. 雞翼調味:
a. 胡椒粉少許
b. 雞粉1茶匙
c. 老抽1/2湯匙
攪勻,醃10分鐘。
烹調:
1. 放1湯匙油落鑊,大火燒熱。
2. 爆香雞翼。
3. 放酸梅落鑊及壓爛酸梅。
4. 放冰糖及菠蘿糖水,收慢火,冚蓋5分鐘,焗雞翼,溶冰糖。
5. 看看冰糖是否已煮溶,如未溶,多煮2分鐘。
6. 轉回大火,收乾水分,逼熟雞翼。
7. 加入菠蘿粒,炒勻,上碟。

Ingredients:
Frozen chicken wings 2 lbs
Sour plums 3 Nos.
Pineapple cubes 1 can (small)
Rock sugar several cubes
Preparation:
1. Defrost chicken wings with tap water.
2. Pour away water after defrost the wings. Season wings with cooking salt for 5 minutes to release unpleasant smells and tastes and add some salty taste to chicken wings.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Dry with kitchen towel.
5. Season chicken wings:
a. Pepper little
b. Chicken powder 1 tsp
c. Dark soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Mix well. Season for 10 minutes.
Steps:
1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at high flame in wok.
2. Fry chicken wings for 2 minutes.
3. Put sour plums and press the sour plums well.
4. Put rock sugar and pineapple syrup. Turn to low flame. Put the lid on pot, cooking chicken wings, at the same time, melting rock sugar.
5. Check if rock sugars have been melted. If not, cook 2 minutes more.
6. Turn to high flame, the sauce will become thick, and chicken wings will be cooked well.
7. Put pineapple cubes, fry well. Serve
