Just checking what combos are available often makes life, especially in solo and small group play, a bit to a lot easier :3 Well done c:

Hey, thanks for the comment! I really started to embrace combo fields when I started playing support in fractals and getting into ranked PvP. It can definitely tip the scales in your favor. 7 or so years ago, my then very active guild had a great training showing how to use combo fields. Of course, as time has gone by, everything has changed; and then I never heard people talk about them. It's great to see this video highlighting them - and updating me about what they are and the new features with them! Thanks so much!

Something that I did not realize until Sneb went over it, is how strong and usefull the fields are. Engineer Mortar kit skill 5 puts down a water field and then Med kit skill 5 is a blast finisher with with Water field is a pretty chonky heal for the group. It doesnt just heal for a bit either, it is a significant amount

I was today years old when I found out skills with finishers glow when you are in a field. 😅😅😅 I try to remember which skills are finishers and use them on fields whenever I can. Fave combo: Guardian staff 3 or 5 + staff 2 for area cleanse!

Hey, I appreciate the comment! Area Cleanse is a good one especially if you have a group melting from conditions. One field that everyone uses is a great way to get rid of all the conditions. It's okay that you didn't know about the glowing skill borders. That was added fairly recently when they fixed the edges of the combo fields to be more distinctive. Thanks for stopping by!

@@Jormugandr2010 Haha, yup! Our group stayed in W1 for a while and we clear it regularly with some trouble at Sabetha. Now we're working on Wing 4 -- Carin, MO, and Samarog are pretty easy kills for the group. We're stuck on Deimos but we'll get there. We're going to do some more attempts tonight on stream. I'm streaming on Twitch now. When I was on YT I left all my VODs up and they kinda killed my channel's discoverability methinks. Trying to rebuild some things here but if you wanted to stop by stream -- that's where you'll find us tonight! Cheers!
