CHICKS ON THE RIVER | BIG A$$ CHALLENGE | CHICKEN LIPS

I am at Chick's on the River in Quincy, IL with ‪@scotteats‬ and we are about to attempt their Big Ass Challenge. This challenge consists of 11lbs of food and includes 25 of their chicken lips coated in Buffalo sauce and a big ass ice cream pie for desert. There is a one hour time limit for this challenge and if we are successful we will get the meal for free, get a couple of T-shirts, and a $75 gift card. There are two locations and each only have one team that has been successful. The Macomb location with ‪@RandySantel‬ and ‪@MagicMitch‬ and the Quincy location with ‪@DaGarbageDisposal‬ and ‪@YourManCody‬. We are hoping to become the 3rd team to finish and possibly even go for a record. Thank you to everyone at Chick's on the River for their kindness and hospitality and also keeping Amber's glass full for the duration of the challenge.

That challenge was saucier than my jokes after a night on the sauce. 16 oz of ranch is a lot of sauce. And speaking of dressing, glad to hear you finally addressing the pineapple controversy. My great grand pappy used to rip the lips off his chickens while they were alive.. Then he would give them special feed and two weeks later their lips would be completely regrown.. He would rip the lips off of the same chicken three or four times before he harvested the whole bird.. At one point in time my Grand Pappy was the biggest chicken lip farmer in the Midwestern..
