I know right! A guy from college back in 96 drummed over a similar latin groove like this. It was left on the 8-track HD recorder and I wish i'd copied the backing track at the time or at least asked him what it was called.

Im afraid to play this after Larnell, i mean when i listen my play, i may quit playing drums... But i must consider that Larnell is drumming since my birth, and i have just started 5 years ago, so, note to myself : Don't quit drumming, no one expects you to be larnell ! Just have fun.

Just focus on your practice, put in the hours every day, have a good plan or a good teacher to help you make a plan and get after it!!!Larnell is great but he's not doing anything you cant learn to do as well!
