The government has failed to always pay the district assembly common fund just a small amount that comes to the account. Hence development has stalled.

This is country with laws and all those laws must be implemented, followed, enforced and respected at all times, not sometimes. Sadly we do pick and choose here and here’s a typical example of a situation where justice must be tempered with mercy afterall this is a just n good cause. But we must first respect the minutest law of this land; it’s called discipline. Let’s also take note that ignorance of the law is no excuse 😊
