Thanks for this Bolojo gem. Fascinating. I heard a story that the governor of Lagos state in the early 70's had banned Bolojo music from Lagos because he was supposedly disrespected by a Bolojo musician. Amazing

I may be wrong but it sounds like Oje Awori songs (traditional Awori Egungun festival song) have came across it before but it was during one of Aworis festival. Hope it helps you to know the direction of searching.
