Very inspiring to see an Architect in a CIO role. That explains how a lot of what Rashmi said balances the yin and yang of Business and IT, of Change and Resilience. As an Architect myself, I co-authored a paper on what my Organization calls the Elastic Operating Model that balances this yin and yang, so this talk hit home.
