Hopper wears a different pair of boots during season 1 when he is in his civilian clothes, and throughout season 3. They appear to be vintage Georgia Moc toe neoprene sole boots. And in season 4 at the end he is seen wearing Thorogood Moc toe boots.

I should mention that Hopper's boots are now thought to be the Woolrich Speculator made by Thorogood.

Sorry I don't know of a source of those jackets, I know some of the guys at RPF have found them here and there, often in small sizes.

Thanks so much! BTW my boots look better now, I've weathered the laces, I was looking at a closeup of Hopper's S1 boots and his laces aren't bright and new but have been aged/weathered. I keep tweaking little things here and there.

Looking for the blue version to start my own project

The blue version of the shirt? I think it's made in at least three different blues, the extremely dark blue that looks almost black, a sky blue, and a blue in between. I haven't researched it so I don't know what those colours are called.

Sorry the only Hawkins Police patches I've seen are the various "fan" ones which have shown up on Etsy and Ebay etc. The "official" version of the patch, which has appeared in the form of a graphic design on licensed (and many unlicensed) products including mugs, t-shirts, and patches seems to have simply borrowed the logo from the Indiana State flag. However the screen-used patches have subtle deviations from the Indiana State flag, for example the stars are of various different sizes, without any pattern to the distribution of the various-sized stars. A friend did lovely computer-generated artwork of the screen-accurate patch design which I sent to a patch embroidery place, however they didn't seem to be able to follow the artwork and kept changing it, so I gave up.
