Chief Justice Martha Koome says the judiciary will focus on programmes with greatest impact on the justice needs of the Kenyan people under renewed partnerships with development partners.
Koome who convened a roundtable meeting with development partners in Nairobi this morning, says the Judiciary is seeking to become a key anchor institution that ensures national stability.
Among key priority areas is ensuring justice for the poor and marginalised, promotion of alternative justice dispute resolution and expansion of infrastructure in arid and semi-arid regions.
