BBTS is awesome. They are something unique both for metal and idol music. The band is just crazy and Kagura (unfortunally she announced her retirement) and Io are just divine. Check Io's twitter...she really songs both growl and scream a bd also plays organ 😬

嫌い (きらい (KiRaI) means "to dislike", though more commonly translated as "to hate". Here, they've devided the word by syllables to make it more rhythmical, hence the "き ら い き ら い", although the word is brief: KiRaI. First time hearing 'em (and of 'em), so this has potential - I'm a sucker for female screaming/growling so this is always welcome! All right then..! Bit much of the pop warning in between, but no biggie. The metal parts slay, and I have no problem with "calm" bridges! 👏 Good time had! Thank you for finding me some new stuff to listen to! 👉👉

Kagura and Io (high-pitched screamer and low-pitched growler, respectively) are the main reason why I love this group. Kagura's screams are crazy, sometimes they sound like the screams of Dani Filth's (Cradle of Filth). This group has a nice blend of J-pop-styled music combined with metalcore elements in it. The backing band is awesome in bringing out the two extremely different aspects together in their songs. Thanks for the reaction Chief. The low growls are coming from the girl. :) I've seen women make that sound before. I am however skeptical as to whether she is singing right after. To me is looks like the band makeup is 2 singers, 1 screamer, and one growler. I wouldn't think less of them if I learned that growler and the screamer cut mics or lipsynced for the singing part.

Personally I like PassCode more since Yuna had better diction and more range with her growls. Where these ladies shine is when both harsh vocals are layered over each other. They also don't hide behind a vocoder like PassCode does.

shame Yuna retired not long ago now, so passcode are without a screamer currently.
