I don't think there's any soul in that Panel that gross irritatingly nauseates My Lordship Justice Oputa as much as this Parrot called "Yomi Tokoya". He lacks decorum in all forms of the definition!!!

Language is really strange. What may have an innocent interpretation in one region or language, might cause the user to be driven out of town or brutally beaten for using a terrible cuss word on another region. For example, the last name of the chief above, "Tokoya". "Toko" in my Kpelle language of Liberia means "nut" or "penis" and "ya" means "water". So, you can now figure out the meaning of 'Tokoya" for yourselves. But for those who need little help with the Kpelle translation, it simply means "penis water" or "sperm". Just out of curiosity, I wonder what the name means in any Nigerian language?
