One of the most humble, soft spoken, cool dudes in the game. And what a beast. Shows up at the right time e dry game and especially in the post season. So many times he saved us in the playoffs. He was well worth the money and thank God he is ours

The Chiefs have made every game a low scoring toughness battle and Chris Jones in his prime is one of the main reasons for the chemistry on defense. People put too much on Mahomes’ shoulder. Jones’s contributions should not be forgotten these last few years.

Qb gets the glory but every fan knows the defense has been the soul. The value of Spags and Reid can’t be underestimated.

The Chiefs wouldn't have gotten to or won the first SB with Mahomes without Jones.. CJ was instrumental in shutting down Derrick Henry in the AFC Championship. He's made a huge impact in every postseason run. CJ95 suckas!!!

when Andy was asked about when he hopped on Jones after last year's SB victory, he specifically mentioned how Chris dug deep, "deeper than he thought he could", and referenced that sequence when Chris was tapping out right before that OT pressure

Rich Eisen, at your best interviewer self, bringing out the real sides of Chris Jones - his depth (Kobe as inspiration), his seriousness, his playfulness, and his ability to "let me down gently". Thanks!

The man will shed a tear during the National Anthem before the game. I'm a fan just of that! The fact that he's one of the best DLs in the league doesn't hurt, either. He needs to go to Canton in Chiefs red.

I really appreciate this episode. I’m so inspired by the thoughts of football players. I’m a 65 year old retired teacher….i can attest that we never stop being students, as we age we know to look for teachers from all people and places.

I was at the Chiefs vs Ravens game and watching shedding tears during the national anthem just made me appreciate the America and how we can all just love the moment and how much i love America!!! I just don't know how to describe the feeling of that moment!!! I love this feeling of being apart of something bigger than yourself. Love all the football fans and the moments that bring us together!!!

He wasn't shedding tears for some dumbass song, he was crying tears of joy because he was about to try to cripple a quarterback.

Chris Jones hasn't got near enough love throughout his career. We're a bit numb to him, cuz he played the majority of his career while Aaron Donald was playing too, who may be the best we've ever seen. Chris is right there. He might be a top 3 DT ever. His knack for making huge plays in huge moments is uncanny. He is as clutch as they come.

Love your show rich, Chris Jones is a game-changing defensive lineman I live in Tampa and I am a die-hard buccaneer fan but to watch Chris Jones play is to watch a future Hall of famer every team in the league would love to have a Chris Jones on their defense, he can literally take over a game one of the best defensive lineman I've seen in many many years and I go all the way back to the 76 bucs and then some I got to see Lee roy selmon play and Chris Jones is in that same class.

In terms of money spent by the chiefs Chris Jones has been the third best investment after the coaching staff, and PM15. @StoneColdJones man you are the heart of the defense when you gonna franchise a restaurant. Nothing but prayers for your safety and I hope you achieve defensive player of the year.

CJ has a settled mind. Because he prays a lot and listens to his spiritual mind. Also does improve his mental aspect by reading on other successful athletes. As big as CJ is he keeps his body without excessive fat. So he is in shape. Lots of Defense lineman look very overweight because they won't put in the extra work. But CJ is eating right and resting right and doing well with his family and other business decisions. So he has peace. Plus he is financially set. God has been Good. So stay humble and hungry. Then you are satisfied with your efforts and experiences. CJ stay humble. Your doing fantastic. God bless. Good luck.

Stone Cold might not be the most dominant defensive lineman of all time, but he may be the most clutch. He always finds a way to get that third down sack, that fourth quarter pass breakup, that playoff QB pressure, and it's no wonder he's one of the highest-paid non-quarterbacks in the league. I hope he finally gets the DPoY to go with his rings and eventual bust in Canton.

Humble. Intelligent. Well spoken but generally quiet. But will flip the switch and make other grown men who are the best in the world at what they are doing look just... small and weak.
@jeffmiller7817Ай бұрын
THE Chiefs defense is doing what it did last year only picking up closer to the level it had when the playoffs hit... HUNT looked good enough to carry the burnt of the load until Pacheco gets back... After the Saints they will be 5-0 or 4-1 going into the bye... That gives them 2 weeks to figure something out receiver wise and 3 more weeks heal time with 1 game played for Pacheco to get closer to being back... THEY had to figure out the receivers the last 2 seasons after Hill left... Juju had over 900 yards 2 years ago playing a similar position to what Rice plays... MVS was playing more of the Worthy position, and I'll take Worthy's speed and hands over MVS with his size and experience... Until the Chiefs are mathematically eliminated or lose in the playoffs, I am confident that they can 3 Peat... Just My Humble Opinion based on stats and facts...

Chiefs don't wear black cleats because Black is a raiders color and Lamar took the raiders rivalry very seriously 😉 at this point its homage to Lamar Hunt or its just culture from that original meaning...

2016 draft chiefs had no first round pick, grabbed big Chris jones second round pick 37 then snag tyreek hill in the fifth round. No first round picks and still get 2 of the probable 4 HOFers from this draft.

You don't wear black cleats because if your toes are at the end zone and you catch the ball and it on the line if your toes even on the tip of the toes means you're out!!
