Totally agree and agree RT is not much better. It doesn't matter how good your WR's are if you have edge rushers peeling around both tackles and Mahomes constantly moving up in the pocket towards the guards. That is a recipe for sacks, interceptions and deflected passes. What grinds my gears is how many times Mahomes gets time or rolls out and there is absolutely nobody open enough to throw to including no checkoff. Bad pass route calling?

Yep. Patrick has let the system override his natural abilities. It really started the year Hill left. Even hill said after last season he was here that the chiefs weren’t using him enough and he wasn’t getting enough looks. Which was obviously true, because he caught like 40 more passes in Miami his first year and then went off last year as well. But we have won 2 championships. So what do you do. It’s clear Patrick was not like himself last year and we still won. But seems to be even more in Patrick’s head now. Atleast the coaches are finally starting to accept this as well and hopefully they correct it. Because Patrick has to get better. He looks average at best.

Patrick and that offensive line has to do their part as well. Mahomes needs to stop forcing to Kelce when it’s not there, also offensive line needs to do better in run and pass blocking it hasn’t been the best in dominating in the trenches. You should be able to convert on 2nd and 2 or 3rd and 1. It’s getting ridiculous.

one thing that I see lacking is energy and enthusiasm, especially for the offense. Why wouldn't it make sense to up tempo the offense at different times during the game. Since the Chiefs normally start slow I would start off up tempo to set the energy level high for the game. Just a logical thought.

starts with OL, create holes, protect Mahomes, the way Mahomes instantly jumps out of the pocket because he knows he doesn't have another 2 seconds, the OL breaks down way too fast. Maybe with Hollywood Brown coming back that situation will easy, they simply need the defense on the other team to break down, with aging Hopkins, Kelce, no Rice/Brown, the D ain't gonna respect you, they gonna drape all over these two, and OL is wore out. We need to majorly upgrade the WR in the offseason and OL.

They lost one game & the skys falling. First off we've never seen a kicker as important to a winning team as Butker is to the Chiefs. When you know that 50 yards is like a chip shot for this guy & all you need is to gain 20 to 30 yards from the 30 yard line for points, your saving wear & tear. Your reducing familiarity with your repertoire & your increasing momentum with almost every possession. The Chiefs will struggle until Butker gets back & until their offense finds a rhythm which every team has to endure. As long as they have a Mahomes, a Jones, solid running backs & a Butker with 9 games in their pockets they'll hang in there long enough to return to full strength.
