The #1 thing that annoys me about Nick is how often he makes 0% and 100% predictions. No competent prognosticator does that unless the outcome is actually guaranteed (as in the game is known to be fixed or an NFL team is playing against a college team). If you say 0% or 100% and then you’re wrong, it’s not a case of “everybody misses now and then.” No, your prediction was fundamentally flawed, regardless of the outcome, on account of your refusal to acknowledge the possibility of being wrong; and no one has any reason to take you seriously as a prognosticator, even if you’re actually right sometimes. It certainly sells as entertainment, though.
