In some of those red zone situations, Fields could be used on jet sweeps or something. No reason the Steelers shouldn’t be coming away with TDs 75% of the time when they reach the end zone one way or another.

@@itsvikksimulations: ​​⁠: You must have amnesia, because Russ has schooled Mahomes on multiple occasions. Russ and Mahomes have faced off 5 times, and Russ has outplayed him in 4 of those games. Russ is currently 2-3 vs. Mahomes with both wins being with inferior teams. He should’ve won both games vs. the Chiefs in 2022, the first season of his career, and nearly did. Mahomes gets outplayed 80% of the time when having Russ. And Russ is more clutch! Do your research. If there’s any QB the Chiefs fear and hate playing, it’s Russ. Reid has no answer for him. Go look at the videos of them playing each other. The way people talk, an alien watching football for the first time would think Russ was Mahomes.

@@ghostf779: Russ doesn’t need luck to beat Mahomes. He almost always outplays Mahomes when they face each other anyway, and Mahomes has had the superior teams. They’ve faced off 5 times, and in 4 of those games, Russ was the better QB. Thanks to his sorry Denver team and coaches, Russ is currently 2-3 vs. Mahomes but should be 4-1 or 5-0.

Simulation is one thing, but real deal is a whole other. By that time, hopefully the Steelers will be on one of their late season surges and topple KC. And even if they do, we’ll likely see them again in the playoffs.
