@Chief Vera: I like that you were not effusive with praises for the house. You were also not loquacious. You were just positive. That made the video easy for me to watch till the end. It's a turn-off for me when I see real estate vloggers awash with high praises for a property instead of just showing the property and letting us say whether the property is heaven or hell. Thank you for that. Thank you. Yes, this house is ordinary; nothing is breathtaking about it. It is not worth N70 million. But it is also true that most houses in Naija are like this. By the way, that's why the house is ordinary. Those gorgeous ones in Lagos and Abuja are the exception. This house is the norm. Note that I consistently call the property "house," not "apartment." Thank you for this content.

Most Nigerians builders don't know how to do finishing up. Also the wardrobes are so small and looks like a baby room. The kitchen is small for such a house. Our builders and architect need to do more work. Vera your video is cool but am not impressed with the architectural design of the house at all.

Nice job you did Vera. But Enugu Real Estate ain't ready yet. Poor color choices, rooms not big enough. The house is just incredibly overpriced. With 70m you can get a more beautiful house with better finishing in Lagos Island. That's somewhere where the cost of land and building is even much more higher.
@Chiefvera4 жыл бұрын
We talked about this somewhere down here. While we critic our own, can we also proffer solutions without comparing here and Lagos. When everyone moves to Lagos, what becomes of here?
@edithezeaku22064 жыл бұрын
@Jeffrey Jeffery, instead of going to Lagos for a better and solid house, it's better to use same money, get a Land in Enugu, or any Cities in the East and build your own choice of house, in a standard of your choice too. I think it's better than way. Example, if I happen to have cool $200,000 or N70,000,000, instead of spending it on this house, I rather use same money, get myself a Land, and build my choice of house and in a standard of my choice too. My opinion! Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. Thanks!
