Chiffon Cake Recipe [4K / ASMR Cooking / Subtitle]

Chiffon cake is one of the classic cake recipes I often made at home. This recipe needs no baking powder. The science behind is the whisking of egg white to make meringue, which contains numerous tinny air bubbles that make the cake rise in the oven.
How To Make Chiffon Cake:
Oil 60g
Water 90g
Sugar 40g (For Egg Yolk Mixture)
Cake Flour 120g
Egg Yolks 60g (3 pieces)
Egg White 130g (4 pieces)
Sugar 60g (For meringue)
Cream of Tartar 0.5g (Or Lemon Juice 8g)
