Same issues here. One of my doser heads wouldn't suck at the beginning as well. Ordered the doser then had to order bottles etc and kit after realizing it didn't all come together in one box.

Hey mate - nice one. I haven’t had any issues at all. Super reliable. The only thing that is a little annoying is the ferts crystallise. Could just be the brand I’m using.

I can’t get the schedule to turn on. I calibrated, set the dosage and days turned the schedule on with the red toggle swipe thing but it says schedule off and hasn’t dosed. For example the view of the 4 head pump with all the names it says Excel, 4.50ml, mon tue thur wed fri sat, schedule off, 136 days, 450ml. I enter the pump, swipe the schedule off and on again and click save and still says schedule off. I’m stumped. It doses fine manually.

Has anyone notice what time it his dozer dispenses? I have all the setting to the T on the video but can’t seem to notice when it doces and I ca T seem to remember the days left and feel since a month already if it ever dispense anything. No actual dispense history to show it did it! Wish they would add a history to the app that shows it did dispense.

Hello, do you think it's possible to use this pump for liquid co2 ? To my point of view, it's cheaper to use pump/liquid co2 rather than co2 bottle

"liquid co2" and co2 gas it's ain't the same substance and liquid one cannot replace the gas form.

You can pump anything liquid with it. Liquid carbon is no comparison to actual CO2 injection, though. Not even close.

Beware of using ‚Liquid Carbo‘ if you want to add CO2 to the aquarium, as it has little effect and can be harmful. But there is an off-label use to control red algae. It just can’t be promoted as such because this would require specific approbation processes. So no real alternative to CO2 bottles or bio CO2.

I had the same problem with pump 2 and 3 which both didn't suck fluid out. I'm currently only using 2. So only slot 1 and 4 kinda scared to rip this thing apart

I had two heads do this too. Emailed the manufacturer and they said it’s not broken, just stuck! Give the tubes on the dosing heads a few good yanks like you’re stretching out a balloon (while still being somewhat gentle) and they should work fine! It took me a few tries to get mine unstuck but they work perfectly now

Thanks for the detailed review mate, how's it going a few weeks later? Is it reliable? I'll probably skip the dosing bottles as I can use my own ones, but sounds like the tubing is a necessary purchase Did you find the tubes fit snug on the doser without the need for a clamp?

The measure of any of these dosing systems is how reliable the pumps are and whether the fluid tubes leak over time. In every system I've used the pumps used are low cost cheap pumps which are prone to failure. Some manufacturers like Jebo provide replacement pumps. Then the propensity for the fluid tubes attached around the pumps will eventually fail.

The tubing size is specific for peristaltic pumping

There is no Oase biomaster 650, this is the 600 size, The bigger brother is the 850. I have the pump kit as well,so far so good. And yes,they do sell this as All in one kit on their official website. Mine was 139 € ( 226 ) Australian dollar. Free shipping,so Yours was definitely overpriced. I had no problem with the heads at all.

Hi - mine took about 20-30 seconds. You should be able to see the fertiliser moving from the bottle to the head. If nothing is happening (not priming) then you may have the same issue as me. I just heard it turning and rotating but not pulling up any fertiliser. If so then try pull off the head and switch it with one of the other ones 👍 hope this helps

The doser probably disengaged when you pulled it out of the box by pulling on the doser

Very bad thing with the app is, when you want to change the name of the channel then you have to delete the complete setting of the channel.

That is because if you change fertilizer, you should perform a new calibration due to differences in the viscosity and densities of each fluid.
