Sir If maternity leave sanctioned by authorities inadvertently. It was an ambiguity, because of gazette notification-amendment act 2017 regarding meternity benifits in case of 3rd child. But it was not clear to authortiese wheather it is implement in case of permanent employee or not.

Now, auditor asking clarifications regarding it, and refuse the gazette copy. In this case can That leave be changed to CCL leave. Which was actually demanded at the time of leave sanction, but he asked that employee can avail the benifit of 3rd child leave and "I will allow that leave" of 84days. Prepare application for maternity leave. Now, he replied auditor that it was wrongly sanction and his fault so don't penalise employee for this.
